VIDRAFT operates an OpenAI-compatible inference API at
https://api.1street.ai.
Available models, context limits and pricing are published at the
/v1/models endpoint and, where applicable, on the marketplace through which
you access the service.
Access is granted through an API credential, which may be issued directly by VIDRAFT or by a marketplace acting as reseller. You are responsible for keeping your credential confidential and for all usage made with it. Notify us promptly if you believe a credential has been compromised.
You may not use the service to:
You are responsible for the prompts you send and for how you use the outputs you receive. Model outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. They are not professional advice and should be reviewed before being relied upon.
The service applies capacity limits. When capacity is exhausted the API returns
HTTP 429 promptly rather than queueing the request, so that callers can retry
or route elsewhere without waiting. Limits may change as capacity changes.
Usage is billed per token at the rates published for each model. Where you access the service through a marketplace, that marketplace handles metering and payment under its own terms, and its records govern for billing purposes. Rates may change with reasonable notice. Changes are not retroactive.
Prompts and completions are held in memory only for the duration of a request and are then discarded. We do not train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any model using your prompts or completions. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
You retain all rights in the prompts you submit. As between you and VIDRAFT, you own the outputs generated for you. Underlying models are provided under their respective upstream licences, and your use of the outputs remains subject to those licences. Nothing in these Terms transfers rights in the software, infrastructure or trade marks of VIDRAFT.
We operate redundant capacity and monitor the public endpoint continuously, but the service is provided on an as-available basis. We may perform maintenance, change or withdraw models, or modify the service. Where a change is material and within our control we will give reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of VIDRAFT arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, and VIDRAFT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, threatens the security or stability of the service, or is required to be stopped by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

Any updates to these Terms will be reflected via the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
